What not to eat

Avoid “white” foods – potatoes, french fries, breads, white rice.
Avoid sugary snacks – cake, cookies, muffins, candy, soda.
Most packaged foods are unhealthy. Avoid pantry foods in boxes and plastic packages (crackers, chips, cereals, etc.)
