Even though morning intake was uniquely protective, higher coffee consumption—regardless of timing—was linked to a 14–19% lower all-cause mortality risk and an even greater 28–40% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease.

New study finds that people who drink ~3 cups of coffee (regular) daily have about half the risk of new onset cardiometabolic disease, defined as the coexistence of at least 2 of the following conditions: type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, and stroke.

Coffee drinkers have a lower risk of developing diabetes (regular and decaf) and Parkinson's daisease (only regular).
Coffee lowers risk of uterine and liver cancer (regular and decaf).
Drinking 2-3 cups of coffee (regular and decaf) a day is "linked with a longer lifespan and lower risk of cardiovascular disease compared with avoiding coffee".

Coffee causes dehydration!
TRUTH: "Our data show that there were no significant differences across a wide range of haematological and urinary markers of hydration status between trials. These data suggest that coffee, when consumed in moderation by caffeine habituated males provides similar hydrating qualities to water."
